The terms and conditions for using our services.
1. Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to Aspire Manufacturing. By accessing and using our website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or engage our manufacturing services.
2. Manufacturing Orders & Quotes
All custom OEM manufacturing orders require a formal quote. Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Once a quote is approved, a formal purchase order and a mutually agreed-upon deposit are required to initiate production. Aspire Manufacturing reserves the right to adjust lead times based on production capacity, material availability, and order complexity.
3. Intellectual Property & Design
Clients must ensure they hold the necessary rights, trademarks, or licenses for any custom designs, logos, or branding provided to Aspire Manufacturing for application on bags. Aspire Manufacturing retains the right to display manufactured products in our portfolio unless a strict Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is signed prior to production.
4. Quality Control & Rejections
We maintain strict ISO-certified quality control standards. In the unlikely event that a product arrives defective or not matching the approved sample, the client must notify us within 7 days of receiving the shipment. We will rectify the issue by replacing the defective items or issuing a proportional credit. Normal wear and tear or misuse of the bags is not covered.
5. Limitation of Liability
Aspire Manufacturing shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use of our products. Our total liability for any claim related to a manufacturing order shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for that specific order.
